Glens Falls Hospital designates this educational activity for a maximum of 21 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Adirondack Community College, a member of the State University of New York system and conference co-sponsor, will award General S.U.N.Y.- certified CEU's for up to 2.1 CEU's for 21 program Hours. These may be useful in other professions for which certification or re-certification is required.
Application has been made for CEU's from the New York State Chapter of NASW (National Association of Social Workers).
The cost for receiving the above CEU's or CME's is $15 to be paid at the Conference CEU desk.
The Greater Capital Region Teacher Center will document participation for contact hours for the conference for teachers in its catchment area.
